Der Begriff Trialog (seltener auch: Trilog) setzt sich aus dem griechischen Zahlwort Tri (zu deutsch: drei) und dem ebenfalls dem Griechischen entlehnten Fremdwort Dialog zusammen und bezeichnet ganz allgemein den Austausch von drei Gruppen.

Daneben steht der Begriff im Besonderen für:

  • „Dialog“ unter den drei monotheistischen Religionen, abrahamischer Trialog, siehe Jüdisch-christlich-islamischer Dialog
  • Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Patienten, Angehörigen und Therapeuten, z. B. in Psychoseseminaren
  • ein Konsultationsverfahren im Rahmen des institutionellen Rechts der Europäischen Union, siehe Trilog
  • Celler Trialog, jährliches sicherheitspolitisches Treffen in Celle
  • Formate der Bürgerbeteiligung, bei denen sich gezielt Vertreter aus Politik, Verwaltung und Bürgerschaft austauschen sollen
