Usellus (sard. Usèddus) ist eine italienische Gemeinde auf Sardinien mit 682 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2024) in der Provinz Oristano. Die Stadt wird möglicherweise auf der Stele von Nora erwähnt. Sie steht dort, wo im 2. Jahrhundert v. Chr. die römische Kolonie Uselis existierte, die von den Bergbewohnern der Barbagia zerstört wurde. Spuren des römischen Uselis finden sich in der Nähe der Kirche Santa Reparata.

Im Usellus-Gebiet befinden sich neun Nuraghen und römische Überreste. Der Santa Lucia Komplex (auch Motrox ’e Bois Komplex) liegt am Rand des Basaltplateaus von Santa Lucia, östlich des Monte Arci, etwa 3,5 Kilometer nordwestlich von Usellus.
