Winston Chao (chinesisch 趙文瑄 / 赵文瑄, Pinyin Zhào Wénxuān, W.-G. Chao Wen-hsuan, Jyutping Ziu6 Man4syun1; * 9. Juni 1960 in Taiwan) ist ein taiwanischer Schauspieler.

Wirken

Mit seinem Filmdebüt im oscarnominierten Film Das Hochzeitsbankett aus dem Jahr 1993 wurde Chao international bekannt. Es folgten danach weitere Rollen wie in Rote Rose weiße Rose oder Eat Drink Man Woman. Den Revolutionsführer Sun Yat-sen verkörperte er bisher viermal. Sein aktueller Film in dieser Rolle ist 1911 Revolution, an dem er neben Regisseur Jackie Chan eine der Hauptrollen übernimmt.
