Zemo Cheliata (en georgiano: ჭელიათა) o Uallag Cheliat (en osetio: Уæллаг Челиат) es una aldea que pertenece a la parcialmente reconocida República de Osetia del Sur, centro del distrito de Dzau, aunque de iure forma parte del municipio de Yava de la región de Iberia Interior de Georgia.
Geografía
Zemo Cheliata se encuentra en el valle del río Gran Liajvi, a 38 km de Yava. La aldea se administra desde la aldea de Edisa.
Historia
De 1922 a 1990, formó parte del distrito de Yava del óblast autónomo de Osetia del Sur, siendo de mayoría osetia. Desde 1990, está bajo control de las autoridades de Osetia del Sur.
