Slipknot er ein amerikanskur heavy metal-bólkur úr Iowa, sum varð stovnaður í 1995. Í bólkinum eru níggju limir: Corey Taylor (sang), Mick Thomson (gittar), Jim Root (gittar), Craig Jones (keyboard), Sid Wilson (DJ), Shawn "Clown" Crahan (percussion), Chris Fehn (percussion), Alessandro Venturella (bass) og Jay Weinberg (trummur). Í 2010 doyði bassspælarin Paul Grey. Fløga teirra .5: The Grey Chapter er uppkalla eftir honum. Í 2013 fór trummuspælarin Joey Jordison úr bólkinum.
