Frank Tomiczek, connu sous les noms de scène Da Hool, DJ Hooligan et Paranoia X, est un DJ et producteur allemand, né le à Bottrop.
Après des débuts dans sa ville natale à la fin des années 1980 et au début des années 1990 sous le nom de DJ Hooligan où il réalise le titre Rave Nation, il change en 1996 de nom d'artiste pour Da Hool, il connaît alors une reconnaissance internationale dans les années 1990 avec des titres tels Meet Her at the Love Parade (1997) ou Hypochonda (1998).
