Elle interprète initialement des comédies musicales au début des années 1920, comme La Course à l'Amour, un opéra-vaudeville de au music-hall de Pigalle La Cigale (Annette)[1].

Construisant ses victoires sur une Bugatti Type 35C 2,0 l achetée neuve en 1927, elle est la seule femme à avoir remporté un Grand Prix automobile mixte (Elisabeth Junek, sur le même type de véhicule et à la même période, gagnant quant à elle le Grand Prix des Dames en 1927 sur l'autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry et terminant quatrième la même année du Grand Prix d'Allemagne).

Elle fut la compagne d'Albert Divo, lui-même conducteur Bugatti comblé par ses succès en 1928 et 1929 avec la marque[2].
