SBC Telecom, Inc., opérant sous le nom commercial AT&T Small Business, est un opérateur local alternatif américain appartenant à AT&T qui propose des services téléphoniques locaux en dehors des régions desservies par AT&T Bell Operating Company[1].

La société a été créée en 1999 à la suite de dispositions imposant à SBC Communications de proposer des services de téléphonie en dehors de ses zones de couverture afin d'obtenir l'autorisation de fusionner avec Ameritech[2].

SBC Telecom est une société distincte de Southwestern Bell Telecom, Inc., qui a été créée en 1984 en tant que filiale indépendante de Southwestern Bell pour vendre du matériel téléphonique.
