Sur La Mer est le treizième album studio du groupe britannique de rock The Moody Blues. Il est sorti en 1988 sur le label Polydor.
Il inclut notamment le dernier gros succès du groupe, I Know You're Out There Somewhere (en), qui se classe no 30 des ventes aux États-Unis. Bien qu'il soit toujours membre du groupe, Ray Thomas ne contribue pas à l'album.
La pochette est une toile du peintre français Nicolas de Staël représentant le fort Carré d'Antibes.
