פיגוע הדריסה בצומת הגבעה הצרפתית היה פיגוע דריסה שאירע ב-15 באפריל 2015, אור לכ"ז ניסן תשע"ה, ליל יום השואה, בצומת הגבעה הצרפתית בירושלים (היום נקרא "מחלף שער מזרח"). בפיגוע נרצח שלום יוחאי שרקי, בנו של הרב אורי שרקי ואח של יאיר שרקי, ונפצעה חברתו שירה קליין.

הפיגוע

בערב יום הזיכרון לשואה ולגבורה, כ"ז בניסן תשע"ה, 15 באפריל 2015, עמדו שלום שרקי וחברתו שירה קליין בתחנת האוטובוס שבצומת הגבעה הצרפתית. בעודם עומדים בתחנה הגיע חאלד קוטינה, תושב הכפר ענתא, לצומת המטה הארצי לכיוון צפון, ועצר ברמזור אדום. כשהתחלף הרמזור האיץ את רכבו, סטה מהנתיב השמאלי במהירות לכיוון הנתיב הימני, עלה על המדרכה ופגע בשרקי ובקליין. מיד לאחר מכן נסע המחבל לאחור עם רכבו, והתנגש בעמוד רמזור. כוחות של משטרת ירושלים ולוחמי מג"ב הגיעו לזירה ועצרו אותו.[1] בתחילה סברה המשטרה שמדובר בתאונת דרכים, אולם עם התקדמות החקירה התברר שמדובר בפיגוע על רקע לאומני.

לאחר הפיגוע

לפי כתב האישום שהוגש נגדו, המחבל ביצע את הפיגוע מכיוון שלטענתו היהודים אשמים בפקקי התנועה במחסומים. לאחר שהחליט לבצע פיגוע הוא שוטט עם מכוניתו עד שהבחין בשרקי וקליין, האיץ ופגע בהם. זמן קצר לאחר מכן קבע הפסיכיאטר המחוזי כי קוטינה כשיר לעמוד לדין, וזאת חרף ניסיונותיו לטעון שאינו כשיר לכך. בהמשך גם נטען על ידי עורכי דינו כי יש להקל בעונשו בשל העובדה שהוא סובל מהפרעות נפשיות, אולם בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים לא קיבל את טענתם וב-30 בינואר 2017 גזר עליו את העונש המרבי - מאסר עולם ועוד 20 שנות מאסר.[2][3]
