Lose Yourself הוא שיר של הראפר האמריקאי אמינם מפסקול הסרט בכיכובו 8 מייל משנת 2002. השיר נכתב על ידי אמינם, והופק על ידי אמינם יחד עם ג'ף באס ולואיס רסטו. השיר יצא לשווקים ב-28 באוקטובר 2002.

הסינגל זכה להצלחה מסחרית, הגיע לצמרת מצעד הפזמונים ב-20 מדינות, כולל בריטניה ואוסטרליה. בארצות הברית הסינגל הגיע למקום הראשון במצעד בילבורד הוט 100, והיה לסינגל הראשון מבין חמישה סינגלים, שאמינם הוציא לאורך הקריירה שלו, שהגיעו למקום הראשון במצעד זה.

בטקס פרסי אוסקר ה-75 שנערך בשנת 2003 זכה השיר בפרס אוסקר לשיר המקורי הטוב ביותר.

בשנת 2004 זכה השיר גם בפרס גראמי בקטגוריות שיר הראפ הטוב ביותר של השנה, ובקטגוריית סולו הראפ הטוב ביותר של השנה.

בשנת 2004 דורג הסינגל במקום ה-166 ברשימת 500 השירים הגדולים בכל הזמנים של המגזין רולינג סטון, שגם הכליל את השיר ברשימת 50 שירי היפ הופ הגדולים בכל הזמנים.
