ג'ורג' אנדרו אולה (באנגלית: George Andrew Olah;‏ 22 במאי 1927 - 8 במרץ 2017[1]) היה כימאי יהודי הונגרי ואמריקאי. מחקרו עסק בהפקת קרבוקטיונים באמצעות סופר-חומצה. על מחקרו זה, זכה בפרס נובל לכימיה לשנת 1994.

מחקרו על סופר-חומצות ושימושן במחקר על תהליך הקרבוקציה, הניב גם את חומצת הקסם של אולה, שזכתה בשמה הודות ליכולת המדהימה של החומצה להמיס שעוות נרות. חומצת הקסם היא בעצם תערובת של חומצת לואיס, אנטימון פנטאפלואוריד וחומצה פלואורוגופרתית (חומצת ברונסטד).

ג'ורג' אולה נולד ב-1927, בבודפשט בירת הונגריה, למשפחה יהודית[2]. סיים דוקטורט באוניברסיטה הטכנית של בודפשט ועזב את הונגריה ב-1956.

כיהן כפרופסור לכימיה ולהנדסה באוניברסיטת דרום קליפורניה ועמד בראש "מכון לוקר לחקר ההידרוקרבונים" (Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute) אותו ייסד. פרסם כ-1,400 מאמרים מדעיים ועל שמו רשומים 120 פטנטים. כתב יותר מ-20 ספרים, כולל ספר על "כלכלת מתנול" והוענקו לו עשרות פרסים יוקרתיים, בנוסף לפרס נובל, לרבות 15 תוארי כבוד מאוניברסיטאות ברחבי העולם.

בשנת 2013 קיבל יחד עם פרופ' סוריה פרקש את פרס ראש הממשלה לחדשנות בתחום תחליפי נפט[3][4].
