Roger & Me adalah sebuah film Amerika 1989 yang disutradarai oleh Michael Moore. Moore menampilkan dampak ekonomi regional dari tindakan CEO General Motors Roger Smith yang menutup beberapa pabrik kendaraan di tempat tinggalnya Flint, Michigan, mengurangi karyawan GM di wilayah tersebut dari 80,000 pada 1978 menjadi sekitar 50,000 pada 1992.[4] Pada Agustus 2015, GM mempekerjakan sekitar 7,200 karyawan di wilayah Flint, menurut The Detroit News, dan 5,000 karyawan menurut MSNBC.[5][6] Pada 2013, film tersebut terpilih untuk penyajian dalam Pendaftaran Film Nasional Amerika Serikat oleh Perpustakaan Kongres karena "signifikan secara budaya, sejarah, atau aestetik."[7]
