CASE (ケース)とは、自動車業界において、今後の自動車と関連産業に求められる「通信（C）、自動（自律）化（A）、サービス＆シェア（S）、電動化（E）」を意味する[1]。

CASEという概念は、本来2016年9月に開催されたパリモーターショーにおいて、ダイムラー（現：メルセデス・ベンツグループ）が発表した中長期戦略の中で用いたのが始まりである。2020年代以降の自動車業界を象徴する言葉として注目され、自動車メーカー各社はこれら4つのテーマを組み合わせることで、単に車を作る会社からモビリティカンパニーへのモデルチェンジを図る動きが活発化している[2]。

CASEという言葉は、それぞれ以下の文字の頭文字をとって作られた造語である。
