CMIS（Content Management Interoperability Services）は、OASISが開発した文書管理システムのオープン標準である。 CMISが様々の文書管理システムの管理を抽象して、Web標準を通じて使用できる。
概要
CMIS標準は文書管理のモデルとオペレーションを定義している。 下記のモデルは３つのWeb標準を通じて使用できる：
歴史
CMISはAAIM (Association for Information and Image Management)で始まったが、2010年からOASISで管理されている。
CMIS 1.0が2010年5月1日に規格化され[1]、CMIS 1.1が2012年12月12日に規格化された[2]。
