Creative Commons (შემოკლებით CC; ინგლ. creative, შემოქმედებითი; ინგლ. commons — ჩვეულებრივი ადამიანები (ხალხი), იურ. ერთობლივად ფლობის ნებართვა) — არაკომერციული ორგანიზაცია, რომლის მიზანია საავტორო უფლებების რეფორმირება. შეიქმნა ლოურენს ლესიგის მიერ 2001 წელს. ქართულ ენაზე აზრობრივად იგივე სიტყვათა შეხამება არ არსებობს, თუმცა ხშირად იხმარება ტერმინი შემოქმედებითი გაერთიანება.

გაერთიანებამ შექმნა Creative Commons ოჯახის ლიცენზიები, რომლებიც ნებას რთავენ ადამიანებს თავისუფლად გამოიყენონ შემოქმედებითი ნამუშევრები.
