On the Sunday of Life... — ჯგუფის Porcupine Tree სადებიუტო სტუდიური ალბომი, გამოცემული 1991 წლის ივლისში. მასში შეტანილია კომპოზიციები, მანამდე შეტანილი ორ აუდიოკასეტაზე, ალბომებში Tarquin's Seaweed Farm (1989) და The Nostalgia Factory (1990). ამავე პერიოდის სხვა მუსიკალური კომპოზიციები 3 წლის შემდეგ გამოვიდა კრებულზე Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape.
ტექსტების უმეტესობა ალან დაფის ეკუთვნის - სტივენ უილსონის სკოლის მეგობარს, რომელთანაც ამ უკანასკნელმა კონტაქტი რამდენიმე წლით ადრე დაკარგა.
