Privéleven
Dechart werd geboren in Salt Lake City, Utah en groeide op in de buurt van Novi, Michigan. Hij ging naar Novi-highschool en studeerde af aan de New York University Tisch School of the Arts, met een BFA in acteren.[6] Hij trouwde op 30 juni 2018 met actrice Amelia Rose Blaire. Ze hebben één kind, geboren in mei 2024.
