Bij de heren was Duitsland titelverdediger, maar moesten in 2006 slechts genoegen nemen met de derde plaats. De strijd om de winst ging tussen Nederland en België, waarbij het thuisland uiteindelijk aan het langste eind trok. Het Nederlands team bestond uit Henny van der Ster, Dick van Dijk, Albertino Essers, Edwin Max, Martin Jonkers, Marco Tak, Mario Robbe en Remco van Eijden. Het Gibraltar team bestond uit George Federico, Francis Taylor, Dylan Duo, Darren Olivero, Dyson Parody, Justin Broton, Daniel Peach en Tony Dawkins.
Ook de Nederlandse dames wisten de winst te grijpen en wederom waren de tweede en derde plaats voor respectievelijk België en Duitsland. Dankzij deze duidelijke resultaten was ook duidelijk hoe het podium verdeeld was bij de gemixte teams, namelijk exact hetzelfde. De scores van de heren en de dames worden namelijk bij elkaar opgeteld. Het Nederlands damesteam bestond uit Francis Hoenselaar, Rilana Erades, Karin ten Kate en Karin Krappen.
In de individuele wedstrijden gingen de overwinningen naar de Nederlander Mario Robbe en de Belgische Sandra Pollet.
