Maia Agerup (født 22. juni 1995 i Oslo) er en norsk seiler som representerer Kongelig Norsk Seilforening. Sammen med tvillingsøsteren Ragna Agerup seiler hun 49erFX og seilte i OL 2016[1] der hun kom på 14. plass. Hennes beste rangering på verdensrankingen er 4. plass fra desember 2012.[2]

Hun studerer på Boston University hvor hun er ferdig våren 2020.

Hun har tidligere seilt 29er og Optimistjolle.[3]
