Biografia

W WSMP debiutował w 1994 roku. Uczestniczył wówczas w Pucharze Cinquecento i zajął 21. miejsce na koniec sezonu[1]. W 1995 roku zmienił samochód na jednomiejscową Estonię 25, napędzaną silnikiem Volkswagen. Glinczewski wygrał rundę na torze Kielce i zajął dziesiąte miejsce w klasyfikacji końcowej klasy E-2000 oraz ósme w klasie E-1600[2]. W sezonie 1996 zmienił samochód na Reynarda i zajął trzecie miejsce w klasach E-2000 i E-1600, wygrywając ponadto wyścig w Białej Podlaskiej[3]. 27 września 1996 roku został współzałożycielem Automobilklubu Orski[4]. W roku 1997 został mistrzem Polski w klasie E-1600, wygrywając cztery wyścigi[5].
