Quanera Hayes (ur. 7 marca 1992) – amerykańska lekkoatletka specjalizująca się w biegach sprinterskich.

Podczas mistrzostw krajowych w 2015 roku w Eugene w biegu na 400 metrów dwukrotnie poprawiała rekord życiowy, schodząc do czasu poniżej 51 sekund[1], w swojej koronnej konkurencji zajmując 5. pozycję.

Na początku 2016 roku została w Portland brązową medalistką halowych mistrzostw świata w biegu na 400 metrów, a wraz z koleżankami z reprezentacji sięgnęła po złoto w sztafecie 4 × 400 metrów, czyniąc podobnie rok później na mistrzostwach świata w Londynie, zdobywając złoto w sztafecie 4 × 400 metrów, a także odpadła w półfinale biegu na 400 metrów.
