Белок теплового шока 4 — белок, кодируемый у человека геном HSPA4. Молекулярный вес — 70 кДа[1][2].
Белок, кодируемый этим геном, первоначально относили к семейству Hsp70[англ.][3]. Однако, в настоящее время известно, что HSPA4 человека является эквивалентом белка APG-2 мыши и членом семейства Hsp110[4].
Взаимодействия
HSPA4, как было выявлено, взаимодействует с HDAC1,[5] STUB1,[6] гистондеацетилазой 2,[5] TTC1,[7] NQO1,[8]HSF1,[9][10] HSPBP1,[7] APAF1[11] и DNAJB1.[7]
