Hecalus  (лат.) — род цикадок из отряда полужесткокрылые насекомые. Известно более 70 видов[1].

Описание

Цикадки размером 3—8 мм. Стройные, обычно зеленоокрашенные, с параболическим теменем и острым теменным краем. Встречаются повсеместно, кроме Неотропики. В Мировой фауне известно более 70 видов этого рода. Для СССР указывалось около 4 видов[2][3][4][5].
