Hippidae (лат.) — семейство десятиногих ракообразных. Они состоят в тесном родстве с семейством Albuneidae, с которыми они, как правило, объединяются в надсемейства Hippoidea[1]. Они зарываются в песок[1], и встречаются по всему миру, за исключением Арктики и Антарктики.
