История и содержание

Investir был основан в 1974 году[1]. Первый номер вышел 28 января 1974 года, а директором по изданию был Жерар Видаланш[2]. Журнал был перезапущен в 1988 году[3]. До 2001 года журнал издавался компанией Hachette Filipacchi, после чего начал выпускаться компанией Quebecor World Inc.[англ.][4]. Штаб-квартира находилась в Париже[3].

Издание предоставляло своим читателям и аудитории, включая крупные компании страны, углублённый анализ и практические советы по управлению активами[3][5]. Журнал основал Actionnaira — выставку, посвящённую личным инвестициям, а также организовал множество мероприятий и акций, связанных с торговлей[6].

Жак Деруэн был главным редактором Investir, он покинул свой пост в августе 2005 года[7]. Он также занимал аналогичную должность в «Investir Hebdo», еженедельном журнале, дочернем издании Investir[7]. 5 февраля 2011 года журнал Investir объединился с другим деловым журналом, Journal des Finances, образовав Investir-Le Journal des Finances[8]. Тираж журнала Investir в 1994 году составил 108 000 экземпляров[1]. В 1997 году журнал разошёлся тиражом в 100 000 экземпляров[11]. В 1999 году его тираж достиг 190 000 экземпляров[11]. В начале 2000-х годов Investir был одним из трёх ведущих деловых журналов Франции с более высоким тиражом, чем остальные[5].

В период 2007-2008 годов тираж журнала Investir составил 98 000 экземпляров[12].
