Balpyk Bi is a dounset an caipital o Koksu Destrict in the Almaty Province o sooth-eastren Kazakhstan. It is namit efter the Kazakh militar hero Balpyk Derbisaliuly. Population: 12,654 (2009 Census results);[1] 12,145 (1999 Census results).[1]
Locatit on the Koksu River, the Kyzylbulak Hydroelectric Pouer Plant is locatit in the aurie.
