David Beaton (an aa Beton or Bethune;[a] c. 1494 – 29 Mey 1546) wis Airchbeeshop o St Andras an the last Scots Cardinal afore the Reformation.

  1. Thare hae been alternate spellins gien for the Cardinal an his family, maist commonly Bethune, Beton, or Beatoun.[1] The cardinal spelt his awn name Betovn (Betoun).[2]
