Lerook (cryed Lerrick in Scots outwith Shetland an Lerwick in Inglis) is the caipital and main port o the Shetland Islands, Scotland, located mair nor 100 mile (160 km) off the north coast o mainland Scotland on the east coast o the Shetland Mainland. Lerook is aboot 210 mile (340 km) north o Aiberdeen, 230 mile (370 km) wast o Bergen in Norawa an 230 mile (370 km) sooth east o Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands.
