Pink is a fauch reid colour, that taks its name frae the flouer o the same name.[2][3] Accordin tae surveys in Europe an the Unitit States, pink, inspecially whan combined wi white or fauch blae, is the colour maist commonly associated wi femininity, neshness, sappiness, bairnheid, an the romantic. Housamiver, whan combined wi violet or black, it is associated wi eroticism an seduction.[4]
Pink wis first uised as a colour name in Inglis in the late 17t century.[5]
