Sitmarkho (Arabic: ستمرخو) is a toun in northwastren Sirie, admeenistratively pairt o the Latakia Govrenorate, locatit north o Latakia. Nearbi localities include Kirsana an Mushayrafet al-Samouk tae the north, Burj al-Qasab an Al-Qanjarah tae the wast. Accordin tae the Sirie Central Bureau o Statistics, Sitmarkho haed a population o 2,341 in the 2004 census.[1]
