2-Hlorobenzoat 1,2-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.13, 2-hlorobenzoatna 1,2-dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-halobenzoat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (1,2-hidroksilacija, dehalogenating, dekarboksilacija).^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2-halobenzoat + NADH + H⁺ + O₂

\rightleftharpoons

katehol + halidni anjon + NAD⁺ + CO₂

Ovaj enzim je izdvojen iz bakterija Burkholderia cepacia 2CBS. On ima široku supstratnu specifičnost. Supstrati su: 2-fluorobenzoat, 2-hlorobenzoat, 2-bromobenzoat, i 2-iodobenzoat.
