Abiten (francuski: Abitain) je naselje i opština u jugozapadnoj Francuskoj u regionu Akvitanija, u departmanu Atlantski Pirineji koja pripada prefekturi Oloron Sen Mari.
Po podacima iz 1999. godine u opštini je živelo 107 stanovnika, a gustina naseljenosti je iznosila 16 stanovnika/km². Opština se prostire na površini od 7 km². Nalazi se na srednjoj nadmorskoj visini od 62 metara (maksimalnoj 136 m, a minimalnoj 28 m).
