NGC 4698 (također poznat kao IRAS 12458+0845, MCG 2-33-24, PGC 43254 i UGC 7970) je spiralna galaksija koja je udaljena oko 46 miliona sg od Zemlje i nalazi se u sazviježđu Djevica. Najveći prečnik je 4,00 (54 hiljade sg) a najmanji 2,5 uglovnih minuta (34 hiljade sg).[b] Prvo otkriće je napravio John Frederick William Herschel 18. januara 1784. godine.[2][4][5]
