Gấc [IPA ɣək̚˧˦] (Momordica cochinchinensis) jẹ́ ẹ̀gúsí tó máa ń hù káàkiri apá Gúúsù mọ́ Ìlà-oòrùn ilẹ̀ Asia àti àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè ní apá Àríwá mọ́ Ìlà-oòrùn Australia. Gấc gbajúmọ̀ fún àwọ̀ pupà rẹ̀ tó jọ olómi ọsàn, tó sì tún pọ̀ nínú àwọn ohun aṣaralóore bí i beta-carotene àti lycopene.

Gẹ́gẹ́ bí gấc ṣe wá láti Vietnam, ó wọ́pọ̀ láàárín àwọn ará Vietnam gan-an. Wọ́n tún máa ń pe èso náà ní trái gấc or quả gấc gẹ́gẹ́ bí i trái tàbí quả tó túnmọ̀ sí 'èso' ní èdè Vietnam. Àwọn orúkọ Gẹ̀ẹ́sì mìíràn ni giant spine gourd àti sweet gourd.[1]
