Ã/ã (a-tilde) adalah sebuah huruf yang digunakan di beberapa bahasa, secara umum dianggap sebagai sebuah variasi dari huruf A.

Di bahasa Portugis, Ã/ã menunjukkan sebuah vokal tengah tak bulat (central unrounded vowel) sengau, [ɐ̃] (tinggi pastinya bervariasi dari terbuka hingga pertengahan tergantung dialeknya). Kombinasi ãe menunjukkan Diftong [ɐ̃ĩ̯], dan ão menunjukkan [ɐ̃ũ̯].

Simbol ini juga digunakan di bahasa Aromania, Guarani, Kashubia, dan Vietnam. Di bahasa Vietnam, huruf ini menunjukkan [aː] dalam sebuah nada yang memecah terbit tinggi. Huruf ini juga digunakan di bahasa !Xóõ.

Di Alfabet Fonetik Internasional, /ã/ menunjukkan sebuah vokal sengau terbuka tak bulat, untuk contoh, dapat ditemukan di kata bahasa Prancis maman dan Jean.
