Élie Baup (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [e.li'bop]) (lahir 19 September 1962) adalah seorang manajer yang merupakan mantan pemain sepak bola berkewarganegaraan Prancis yang kini menangani klub Marseille.

Baup memulai kariernya sebagai pemain di klub Toulouse, kemudian pernah juga membela klub Larroque dan Mazamet kemudian pensiun di Muret.

Setelah pensiun sebagai pemain kemudian memulai karier kepelatihannya sebagai pelatih tim senior pada klub Saint-Étienne, Bordeaux, Saint-Étienne, Toulouse dan Nantes sebelum menangani Marseille sejak tahun 2012.[1][2][3][4]
