Berman's Bakery (bahasa Ibrani: מאפית ברמן‎ Mafiat Berman) adalah toko roti komersial tertua di Israel dan terbesar kedua setelah Angel Bakeries.[1] Didirikan pada 1875 oleh Kreshe Berman sebagai industri cottage di Kota Lama Yerusalem, bisnis keluarga tersebut mula-mula membuka sebuah toko Yahudi di luar tembok Kota Lama dan mula-mula membangun sebuah pabrik tepung di Israel.

Berman's Bakery berpindah ke kawasan Mea Shearim, Yerusalem pada akhir abad kesembilan belas, ketika usaha tersebut dioperasikan sebagai toko roti terbesar di negara tersebut pada dua perang dunia dan Perang Kemerdekaan Israel. Pada 1965, usaha tersebut berpindah ke lokasi saat ininya di kawasan Givat Shaul. Di sana, usaha tersebut mempekerjakan lebih dari 400 pekerja dan melayani 2,000 toko, pasar swalayan dan lembaga di seluruh dunia.[2]

Pada 2007, perusahaan tersebut dijalankan oleh perusahaan agribudaya Mishkei Harei Yehuda. Pada waktu itu, perusahaan tersebut dikabarkan memiliki pendapatan sejumlah ₪300 juta pada setiap tahunnya.[1]
