Between 1&2 (ditulis sebagai BETW9EN 1&2) adalah album mini (EP) kesebelas dari girl grup Korea Selatan Twice. Album ini dirilis pada 26 Agustus 2022, oleh JYP Entertainment dan Republic Records dan terdiri dari tujuh lagu, termasuk single utama "Talk That Talk".

Latar belakang

Between 1&2 mengikuti Celebrate, album studio Jepang keempat Twice,[1][2] dan menjabat sebagai rilis Korea pertama grup pada tahun 2022.[3] Pada 16 Mei, setelah menyelesaikan tur konser dunia kedua mereka di Los Angeles, sebuah postingan samar menampilkan tanggal "2022.06.24" dan "2022.08.26"[a] beredar di akun media sosial Twice, yang mengarah ke spekulasi penggemar.[4] 24 Juni kemudian terungkap sebagai tanggal rilis untuk album mini debut solo Nayeon, Im Nayeon.[5]

Pada tanggal 2 Juli, saat membawakan sebuah episode dari MBC Show! Music Core, anggota Twice Dahyun mengumumkan bahwa Twice akan melakukan comeback, menyatakan bahwa "itu sudah direncanakan, jadi tolong nantikan".[6] Pada 12 Juli, semua anggota Twice memperbarui kontrak mereka dengan JYP Entertainment.[7] Sehari kemudian, label tersebut mengumumkan "album mini" berjudul "Between 1&2" dengan tanggal rilis yang direncanakan pada 26 Agustus.[8]
