Cycas segmentifida adalah spesies sikas yang endemik di Tiongkok selatan. Tumbuhan ini terutama ditemukan di bagian barat Guangxi, serta sebagian wilayah di Guizhou selatan dan Yunnan timur yang bertetangga.[2]

- Provinsi Guizhou: Kabupaten Ceheng, Guiyang, Kabupaten Wangmo, dan Xingyi
- Provinsi Guangxi: Nanning dan Kabupaten Xilin
- Provinsi Yunnan: Kabupaten Funing
- Provinsi Guangdong: kota Guangzhou dan Shenzhen (diperkenalkan)
Tumbuhan ini juga dibudidayakan di Kebun Raya Danau Peri Shenzhen, Kebun Raya Tiongkok Selatan, Kebun Raya Guizhou, dan Akademi Kehutanan Guangxi.[3]
