Djedefre (juga dikenal sebagai Djedefra dan Radjedef – Bahasa Yunani Modern: Ρετζεντέφ) adalah seorang raja (firaun) Mesir Kuno dari Dinasti ke-IV selama Kerajaan Lama. Ia dikenal dengan bentuk helenisasi namanya Rhatoisēs (Ῥατοίσης) oleh Manetho. Djedefre adalah putra dan penerus takhta langsung Khufu, pembangun Piramida Agung Giza; ibundanya tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Dia adalah raja yang memperkenalkan gelar kerajaan Sa-Rê (berarti “Putra Ra”) dan yang pertama menghubungkan nama cartouche-nya dengan dewa matahari Ra.
Djedefre menikahi janda saudaranya Kawab, Hetepheres II, yang merupakan saudara perempuan mereka berdua, dan diduga menikah dengan saudara ketiga mereka, Khafra, setelah kematian Djedefre.[4] Ratu lainnya, Khentetenka diketahui dari pecahan patung di kuil makam Abu Rowash.[5]
