Neferirkare (terkadang disebut sebagai Neferirkare II karena Neferirkare Kakai) merupakan seorang Firaun Mesir Kuno pada Dinasti ke-8 selama Periode Menengah Pertama (2181–2055 SM). Menurut beberapa egiptolog Kim Ryholt, Jürgen von Beckerath dan Darell Baker ia adalah raja ketujuh belas dan yang terakhir dari Dinasti Kedelapan.[1][2][3] Banyak ilmuwan menganggap Neferirkare sebagai firaun terakhir Kerajaan Lama, yang berakhir dengan Dinasti Kedelapan.[4]
