Mothra vs. Godzilla (Jepang: モスラ対ゴジラ, Hepburn: Mosura tai Gojira)[a] adalah film kaiju Jepang tahun 1964 yang disutradarai oleh Ishirō Honda, dengan efek khusus oleh Eiji Tsuburaya. Diproduksi dan didistribusikan oleh Toho Co., Ltd., film ini merupakan film keempat dari waralab Godzilla. Film ini dibintangi oleh Akira Takarada, Yuriko Hoshi, Hiroshi Koizumi, Kenji Sahara, dan Emi dan Yumi Itō, dengan Haruo Nakajima dan Katsumi Tezuka sebagai Godzilla.
