Album ini juga merupakan album mereka dengan formasi Onadio Leonardo (vokal), Josaphat Klemens (gitar), dan Rudye Nugraha Putra (kibor, piano, backing vocal). Album ini adalah sebagai album terakhir bagi Onadio Leonardo sebagai vokalis di band ini, yang kemudian mengundurkan diri pada 10 Oktober 2014. Setelah terjadi perseteruan dengan Josaphat Klemens sebagai penyebab dikeluarkannya Onadio dari Killing Me Inside. Album ini memuat 9 lagu dengan 2 hits populer, yakni Melangkah dan Jangan Pergi.
