PolyGram merupakan perusahaan label rekaman asal Amerika Serikat yang diprakarsai oleh Philips dan Siemens sebagai sebuah perusahaan induk untuk kepentingan musik mereka pada tahun 1979. Nama itu dipilih untuk mencerminkan kepemilikan Siemens Polydor Records dan kepemilikan Philips Phonogram. Perusahaan ini melacak asal-usulnya melalui Deutsche Grammophon kembali kepada penemu piringan gramofon datar, Emil Berliner.
Pada bulan Mei 1998, perusahaan tersebut dijual kepada penyuling alkohol Seagram yang memiliki perusahaan film, televisi dan musik Universal Studios. PolyGram dengan demikian digabungkan menjadi Universal Music Group, yang merupakan penerus Seagram dari MCA Inc. Ketika divisi hiburan Seagram yang baru dibentuk menghadapi kesulitan keuangan, divisi tersebut dijual ke Vivendi.
Di Indonesia, Polygram dikelola oleh PT. Suara Sentral Sejati yang saat itu juga memiliki label rekaman bernama Blackboard.
