"Sentimental Train" (センチメンタルトレイン) adalah singel ke-53 karya grup vokal perempuan idola Jepang AKB48. Singel tersebut dirilis di Jepang oleh King Records pada 19 September 2018. Singel tersebut akan menampilkan Jurina Matsui sebagai anggota center, tetapi karena masalah kesehatan, ia absen dari video musik dan pementasan perdana.

Latar belakang

Pada 16 Juni 2018, hasil dari pemilihan umum AKB48 Group ke-10, di mana para penggemar memilih para anggota AKB48 dan grup-grup saudarinya yang akan ikut serta dalam singel ke-53 AKB48, dan diumumkan di Nagoya Dome. Jurina Matsui dari SKE48 menempati peringkat satu dengan 194.453 suara, menjadikannya anggota center untuk lagu utama dari singel tersebut.[1] Pada hari yang sama, singel tersebut diumumkan akan dirilis pada 19 September dalam lima versi.[2] Pada 7 Juli, "Sentimental Train" diumumkan sebagai judul untuk single ke-53 tersebut.[3]
