Harry Clement Stubbs (30 Mei 1922 – 29 Oktober 2003), yang lebih dikenal dengan nama pena Hal Clement, adalah seorang penulis fiksi ilmiah Amerika dan pemimpin subgenre fiksi ilmiah berat. Ia juga melukis karya-karya seni berorientasi astronomi dengan nama George Richard.[2]

Pada 1998 Clement dicantumkan pada Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame[3][a] dan diangkat menjadi SFWA Grand Master ke-17 oleh Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (dipersembahkan pada 1999).[4][5]
