- 11. Dezember: Jüdische Geschichte in Köln/Kölner Judenviertel: Kaiser Konstantin der Große erlaubt erstmals nachgewiesen die Beteiligung von Juden im Rat der Stadt Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium.
- Kaiser Konstantin der Große bestimmt den Sonntag, den heiligen Tag des Christentums und des Mithraskultes, zum gesetzlichen Ruhetag im Römischen Reich. Einzig landwirtschaftliche Arbeiten bleiben sonntags erlaubt. Das Dekret tritt am 3. Juli in Kraft.
