Barc liegt etwa 24 Kilometer westnordwestlich von Évreux. Umgeben wird Barc von den Nachbargemeinden Beaumontel im Nordwesten und Norden, Bray im Norden, Le Plessis-Sainte-Opportune im Osten und Süden, Grosley-sur-Risle im Süden sowie Beaumont-le-Roger im Westen.
