Geografie

Villettes liegt in Nordfrankreich etwa 25 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Évreux. Umgeben wird Villettes von den Nachbargemeinden Venon im Norden, Canappeville im Osten, Feuguerolles im Süden, Saint-Aubin-d’Écrosville im Westen und Südwesten sowie Ecquetot im Nordwesten.
